It’s time for me to downsize my smoke-free, pet-friendly home craft studio collection to something I
might have a chance to finish in one or two lifetimes! I’m hoping to find eBaying stitchers out there,
ready to sit down with their spinning wheels to ‘spin a fine yarn’ for an anticipated project,
simultaneously keeping hands busy in these difficult times.  What a blessing to be able to turn
unexpectedly idle hours into productive ones!
Spinning has been the craft I picked up last, but has turned into my most productive one, channeling
zen-filled hours into yarn for my knitting.  But I’ve got extra materials in this discipline, as in my
needle-working pursuits, so I’m offering this gorgeous 7.6 Oz Superwash Top from

similarly spinning obsessed eBayer!  The color is simply gorgeous, a deep magenta, not pink (I’m
having a little trouble getting an accurate picture in my listing) in a roving so soft it’s a dream to spin!
My favorite use for this relatively soft type of fiber is in afghans and outer wear – it might be a little
harsh against bare skin, particularly for anyone sensitive to wool garments or animal hair. Generally,
I knit my spun wool, but I know many weavers who spin for the purpose of making up woven treasures,
as well.
